I rented this at the Redbox a few weeks ago because it looked interesting. I had loaded it onto my home media server and just got around to watching it. I know it was dragged by the critics, but I loved it.
The movie was very well done; the visual effects were amazing, too. If you like sci-fi, you should really check this one out.
The moon is crashing into the Earth and only a discredited ex-astronaut, a conspiracy theorist, and the deputy director of NASA can save us. Sure, it’s campy in some places, but the story line really works well.
