Tonight’s beer was Lawyers Hogs & Money traditional bock from Bentonville Brewing Co.
This is one of the best bocks I’ve had. You can really taste the toffee and fruitiness of the bock on this one.
I remember my first Bock was Shiner Bock followed by Ziegenbock. At the time, I wasn’t very familiar with beer, but I knew I liked some of the darker ones I’d tried. Now that I’m more experienced, it’s easy to taste the differences between the beer types. Lawyers Hogs & Money is a very good bock.
