New Belgium’s Honey Orange Tripel is a delicious beer. At 10% ABV, it’s one of the stronger ones I’ve tried lately. I wasn’t able to fully taste the orange, but I could definitely pick up the honey on the tail.
This is the second Tripel I’ve tried from New Belgium; I generally like all their beers. If I had to choose between a Tripel and an IPA, I’d take the Tripel any day. Tripel comes across a lot smoother than IPA, in my opinion. Overall, just a nice beer.
